Financial Statements

Directors of a company incorporated in Singapore are required by the Companies Act to prepare Financial Statements every year in accordance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards. This is regardless whether the Company is exempted from having its accounts audited.
Financial statements are typically required for the purpose of Annual General Meeting, income tax submission to IRAS, annual filing return filing to ACRA, application for banking facilities and government grants.
